What is your return policy?

If for any reason the products you purchased would show manufacturing defects or malfunctioning, you can return your items - within 14 days from the date of delivery - and receive a full refund minus the original shipping costs and possible import fee (for orders outside of the European Union).

The item you are returning must be unused, repackaged, and therefore in its original condition once you received it. 

For products purchased from reeflexstore.com which were on sales - or purchased via promotions, giveaway programs, or other discount programs - those are not eligible for a return due to the heavy discounting on the promotional products.

Note: Returns are not allowed for the purpose of getting a future promotional deal.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please write to us directly at support@reeflexstore.com, providing the respective invoice of purchase, information on the product status (details on the issue and product photos) in order to assess each specific case and make our own internal evaluations, prior to processing any refund.
Is there a return shipping cost?
For all orders, shipping costs for returned items are paid by the customer. The shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the refund accordingly.

Do you offer any Warranty?

Yes. We guarantee REEFLEX products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the original buyer for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or extend to any REEFLEX product that has been modified. Only original REEFLEX products are covered under this warranty and REEFLEX products used with other REEFLEX branded product.

Note: Our warranty does not extend to products outside of REEFLEX under any conditions or circumstances.
When will I receive a refund once an item is returned?

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds?

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@reeflexstore.com.
