What is your return policy?

If your purchased products exhibit manufacturing defects or malfunctions, you may return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs and any import fees (for orders outside the European Union).

Returned items must be unused, repackaged, and in their original condition upon receipt. If any of the returned items would show any significant sign of usage, we might decide to refund just a partial amount of the product in question or decline the return.

Please note that returns due to customer withdrawal or in anticipation of future promotional deals are not allowed. Lastly, p
roducts purchased during sales, promotions, giveaways, or discount programs are not eligible for returns due to the significant discounts applied.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us at support@reeflexstore.com with your purchase invoice attached. Please include details about the product's condition (including any issues encountered) along with relevant product photos. This information allows us to assess each case individually and conduct internal evaluations before proceeding with any refund.
Is there a return shipping cost?
For all returns, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of the returned items. The shipping cost will be deducted automatically from the refund amount accordingly.
Do you offer any Warranty?

Yes. We guarantee REEFLEX products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the original buyer for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or extend to any REEFLEX product that has been modified. Only original REEFLEX products are covered under this warranty and REEFLEX products used with other REEFLEX branded product.

Liability for Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost, damaged, or delayed due to mishandling by the shipping courier, force majeure events, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the package from being delivered to the customer. Once the package is handed over to the courier, the risk passes to the customer, and any claims regarding the shipment should be directed to the shipping carrier.

When will I receive a refund once an item is returned?

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds?

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@reeflexstore.com.
