SwAIpe is your AI-powered assistant for managing your iPhone photo gallery. It helps you quickly remove duplicates, free up space, and organize your best memories into curated albums. With intuitive swipe-based controls, SwAIpe makes decluttering your camera roll both easy and efficient.
Getting Started
Welcome to SwAIpe
After completing the onboarding process, you’ll arrive at the Home Screen, the starting point for using SwAIpe. From here, you can begin cleaning up your gallery and exploring AI-generated photo collections.
Overview Section
Track Your Storage & Cleanup Progress
At the top of the Home Screen, you’ll find a storage overview banner that displays:
• Your device’s total storage usage
• The amount of space freed up using SwAIpe
Tap the banner to access detailed statistics and a breakdown of your gallery, including the number and size of different file types.
Start Swiping
Clean Up with Intuitive Swipe Controls
Swiping is the fastest way to sort your photos. To unlock your personal AI galleries, start by swiping through your photos:
1. Tap “Start Swiping” on the Home Screen to enter the Explore section.
2. Browse your gallery by year → month → photos.
3. Swipe right to keep a photo, swipe left to move it to the trash.
4. Continue swiping until the progress bar is complete.
🔄 Undo Mistakes: If you accidentally swipe the wrong way, tap the undo button in the top right corner.
✨ AI Magic: As you swipe, SwAIpe automatically scores your best shots based on quality and composition, creating a curated gallery of your top-ranked images.
✅ Final Review: At the end of the process, view the best shot of the year and explore your AI-organized Best Of gallery.
📸 Create an AI Album: Tap the button in the top right corner to save your best shots as an album in your iPhone Photos app.
🔁 Repeat the Process: Continue swiping through other months and years to build your Best Of collection.
⚠️ Note: Deleted files are not immediately removed from your device. They are moved to SwAIpe’s Trash section, where you can decide whether to permanently delete them.
Best Of – Your AI-Curated Photo Collection
A Gallery of Your Best Shots
SwAIpe’s Best Of gallery is where your top-rated photos—selected and ranked by AI—are stored.
• The Best Of gallery appears in the Home Screen after you’ve completed cleaning at least one month.
• Tap the top-right button to create an AI album in your iPhone’s Photos app.
Similars – Find & Remove Duplicates
Easily Manage Similar & Duplicate Photos
From the Home Screen, access the Similars section to scan for duplicate and near-duplicate files.
• AI scans your gallery to detect similar photos and videos.
• Identified duplicates are displayed in an organized list.
• SwAIpe automatically marks the best photo with a ❤️ (heart) and suggests deleting the lower-quality duplicates by tagging them with a 🗑️ (trash icon).
📌 Managing Similar Photos:
• To keep a photo marked for deletion, tap it to remove the trash tag.
• To delete multiple similar photos at once, tap the three dots in the top right corner and select “Delete Selected”.
• To load more similar files, tap “Load All” to scan the entire gallery.
⚠️ Note: Deleted photos are moved to the Trash section in SwAIpe, not immediately removed from your device.
Trash – Final Cleanup & Recovery
Manage Deleted Files Before Permanent Removal
All photos you’ve removed through Swiping or Similars are stored in the Trash section.
• Here, you can review deleted files and either:
✅ Recover them by selecting and restoring files.
❌ Permanently delete them to free up space.
⚠️ Important:
• When you choose Delete, your iPhone will ask for confirmation before removing files.
• Deleted files are moved to the “Recently Deleted” section in your iPhone Photos app.
• To fully free up storage, go to your iPhone’s Photos app and empty the Recently Deleted folder.
