For international shipments (outside of the European Union): Any duties, taxes, VAT, or other customs clearance fees are responsibility of the customer. Each country will have their own rules in place with regards to imported items. If you have questions or concerns about customs fees, we encourage you to reach out to your local customs authorities. Depending on the customs clearance process the required delivery time might be affected by delays outside of our control.
Delivery time: on top of the estimated delivery time, there is an additional 1-2 days of processing time for the order. Business days refer to Monday - Friday excluding holidays.
When will my order ship?
All orders that are in stock, after receiving your order confirmation, ship in 1-3 business days according to the magnitude of orders we receive. For Express Delivery options, it will take 1 business day to process and ship the order. Orders made after 9 AM GMT+1 on a Friday will ship the following Monday.
All pre-order or out-of-stock items will ship when they become available. Please contact support@reeflexstore.com for status updates on pre-order and out-of-stock items.
Where is my order?
As soon as your order gets shipped, you should have received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to locate where your package is in transit. Our main forwarder company for shipping are FedEx and UPS (International) and TNT (National – Italy area).

Who handles customs & duties?
For international shipments (extra EU – outside of the European Union), all customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. As the taxes and duties vary by country, please check with your customs office for the estimated cost.*
IMPORTANT - restocking fee might be charged for the following circumstances:
- Customer rejects to pay duties (taxes) and the item is returned.
- Customer inputs an incorrect shipping address and the item is returned. In addition, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
For items that get lost or are damaged due to the above two errors made by the recipient, no refunds will apply unless the shipment is insured. Be sure to select the insured shipment to ensure your full order's value is covered by our carrier's insurance, in case of any loss happening with the currier or at the customs.
