Customs & Duties for International Shipments
Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs handling fees, or other charges applied by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. Each country has its own import rules and thresholds, so we recommend checking with your local customs authorities if you are unsure whether charges may apply. Customs clearance may also affect delivery times, which remain outside our control.
United States - Tariffs Policy 🇺🇸 : Effective August 2025, the U.S. suspended the previous de minimis duty-free treatment for qualifying low-value imports. As a result, orders shipped from Italy to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees, regardless of order value. The exact amount, if any, is determined by U.S. customs authorities and/or the shipping carrier based on the shipment, product classification, and applicable import rules. Any such charges remain the customer’s responsibility where applicable.
United Kingdom - DDP Shipping 🇬🇧 : All orders to the United Kingdom are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means import charges are handled in advance, and no additional import duties or taxes should be due on delivery for eligible orders placed through our store.
Australia - 'De Minimis' Exemption 🇦🇺 : For many shipments to Australia with a value of AUD 1'000 or less, there are generally no duties, taxes, or charges collected at the border. However, depending on the order value, shipment method, and applicable local regulations, orders shipped to Australia may still be subject to GST, local taxes, import duties, or customs processing requirements. Where applicable, these charges remain the customer’s responsibility.

We aim to make international shipping as smooth and transparent as possible. Where import charges apply, these are determined by the destination country and remain outside our control.

Delivery Time
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing in addition to the estimated transit time shown at checkout. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, peak periods, remote destinations, or carrier-related issues.
When Will My Order Ship?
In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after you receive your order confirmation. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. Express Delivery orders are prioritized and typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM GMT+1 on Friday will usually ship on the following Monday.

Pre-Orders or Multi-Item Orders
Our standard shipping process consolidates all items in your order into a single shipment once all items are available. This helps us manage costs efficiently and reduce environmental impact. If your order includes pre-ordered or out-of-stock items, the shipment will be dispatched once all items are ready. In some cases, we may split an order into multiple shipments at our discretion, at no additional cost to the customer.
If you prefer to receive the in-stock items earlier, we may be able to arrange a separate shipment for an additional shipping fee. Please contact our support team at support@reeflexstore.com to request this service.

Important Note
A restocking fee may be charged if the customer refuses to pay applicable import duties or taxes and the shipment is returned to us, or if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the shipment is returned. In such cases, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. If a returned item arrives damaged, incomplete, used, or not in re-sellable condition, any refund may be reduced accordingly.
