General Information

Our main warehouse is located in the Rome area (Italy), from where we ship all orders. We ship to countries worldwide using FedEx, UPS and TNT services.

We provide FREE shipping with UPS for orders above a certain value:

• Europe: Orders above 199€ (EUR)
• United Kingdom: Orders above 199£ (GBP)
• United States & Canada: Orders above 299$ (USD)
• Rest of the world: Orders above 499$ (USD)

Customs & Duties for International Shipments (outside of the EU):

Any duties, taxes, VAT, or other customs clearance fees are the customer's responsibility. Each country has its own rules regarding imported items. If you have questions or concerns about customs fees, please contact your local customs authorities. Delivery times might be affected by customs clearance delays, which are beyond our control.

Exemption for the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 : All deliveries to the United Kingdom already include VAT and tax, so orders from the UK are exempt from any import, tax, and duty fees (valid for all orders placed starting from August 5th, 2024).

Exemption for the United States 🇺🇸 ('De Minimis') : In the US, the De Minimis Value threshold means that orders valued under USD 800 are exempt from duties and taxes. This generous exemption allows customers to purchase more freely, without worrying about additional import fees, making international shopping more accessible and cost-effective.

Exemption for Australia 🇦🇺 ('De Minimis') : Similarly to the US, in Australia, the De Minimis threshold is set at USD 1,000, providing significant flexibility for customers. This high threshold means most orders will likely avoid extra duties and taxes, further enhancing the value of shopping with us.

These exemptions are designed to make international shopping as hassle-free as possible, allowing our customers in the US, UK and Australia to enjoy their purchases without the burden of additional fees.

Note: If you are unsure about the customs duties or taxes applicable in your country, or if you are not a resident of the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, or Australia, we strongly recommend checking with your local customs authorities before placing an order. This will help you understand any potential charges and avoid surprises at the time of delivery.

Delivery Time:

In addition to the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 1-2 days for order processing. Business days refer to Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

When Will My Order Ship?

In-stock orders will ship within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. For Express Delivery options, it will take 1 business day to process and ship the order. Orders placed after 9 AM GMT+1 on a Friday will ship the following Monday.

Pre-order or out-of-stock items will ship when available. Please contact support@reeflexstore.com for status updates on pre-order and out-of-stock items.

Where Is My Order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package:

Important Note

A restocking fee may be charged under the following circumstances:

• The customer rejects paying duties (taxes) and the item is returned.
• The customer inputs an incorrect shipping address and the item is returned. In addition, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
• No refunds will apply for items lost or damaged due to the above errors unless the shipment is insured. Be sure to select insured shipment to ensure your order's full value is covered by our carrier's insurance, in case of any loss or damage during shipping or customs.
