A major new chapter for iPhone photography begins
Reeflex Pro Camera 3.0 is now here — and it marks one of the biggest steps forward we’ve ever made for iPhone creators.
Built for enthusiasts, creatives, and professionals who want more from their iPhone camera, version 3.0 brings a new level of speed, control, and flexibility to the Reeflex experience. From advanced bracketing tools and improved burst shooting to a faster capture pipeline and a cleaner interface, this update is designed to help you shoot with more confidence and create with fewer limitations. Reeflex Pro Camera 3.0 centers on Focus Bracketing, Exposure Bracketing, Burst Mode, Zero Shutter Lag, and a redesigned shooting experience.
A Major Step Forward in Mobile Capture
At the heart of Reeflex Pro Camera 3.0 are 5 major additions:
-
Focus Bracketing
-
Exposure Bracketing
-
Burst Mode & Burst On Tap
-
Zero Shutter Lag Captures
-
Advanced Metadata View
These are not small upgrades. They unlock entirely new workflows on iPhone.
Focus & Exposure Bracketing
Focus Bracketing lets you capture a sequence of images across a defined focus range, making it possible to achieve edge-to-edge sharpness in scenes where a single frame would normally fall short. This is especially valuable for macro, product, food, and landscape photography, where depth and detail matter most. Instead of being limited by the shallow depth of field of a smartphone lens, you can now capture multiple focus planes in a controlled, intuitive way — giving you the perfect source material for a fully sharp final image.

Exposure Bracketing is designed for scenes with challenging light, where preserving detail in both the highlights and the shadows would be difficult in a single shot. By capturing multiple frames at different exposure values, it gives you the flexibility to blend them later for a more balanced, natural-looking image with significantly greater tonal detail. Whether you’re shooting backlit subjects, sunsets, interiors with bright windows, or high-contrast landscapes, Exposure Bracketing opens the door to a more advanced and professional image-making workflow on iPhone.

Speed You Can Feel
One of the standout improvements in 3.0 is speed.
Reeflex Pro Camera 3.0 features a rebuilt capture pipeline designed for Zero Shutter Lag, delivering near-instant image capture with minimal delay. The app also introduces an enhanced capture engine that improves responsiveness throughout the shooting experience, especially when adjusting settings or working quickly in the field. The release specifically positions Zero Shutter Lag and the improved capture engine as core performance upgrades.
This is the kind of update you don’t just see — you feel it.

Burst Mode, Reimagined
Burst shooting has also taken a big leap forward.
With 3.0, Burst Mode is seamlessly integrated into the shutter experience. Just press and hold the shutter to capture a sequence. New with this release, Burst On Tap lets you trigger an instant burst with a single tap — no press-and-hold delay. Additional controls such as shot count, focus lock, and automatic burst grouping are available in settings, giving you more flexibility depending on what and how you shoot.
Whether you’re shooting action, wildlife, street, or fleeting expressions, Reeflex is now better equipped to help you catch the decisive moment.

A Cleaner, Smarter Interface
We’ve also refined the interface to make the experience more powerful without making it more complex. New in version 3.0:
-
Camera selection is now providing both digital and optical lenses, accessible directly in the viewfinder
-
Histogram and Zebra Stripes have been improved and repositioned for a cleaner UI/UX
-
A new Focus Loupe (Magnifier) helps with manual focusing alongside focus peaking
The result is a more streamlined layout that keeps essential tools close at hand while reducing visual clutter. The refined interface includes direct camera selection, repositioned exposure tools, and a focus magnifier.

More Control Over Formats and Resolution
Reeflex Pro Camera 3.0 expands control over both file formats and image resolution.
You can shoot in: JPG, HEIF, ProRAW, RAW
And on supported devices, you can capture at both 12MP and 48MP. Version 3.0 expands format and resolution options to JPG, HEIF, ProRAW, RAW, and supports 12MP and 48MP capture on compatible devices.
This gives photographers more freedom to tailor their workflow around speed, file size, image quality, and post-production needs.

Better Gallery and Metadata Handling
Managing your shots is just as important as taking them.
That’s why 3.0 also introduces a more capable gallery experience, including:
-
RAW + JPG tagging
-
Burst grouping
-
Expanded metadata display, including camera, lens, exposure, and GPS data
The updated gallery improves organization and file handling with RAW+JPG tagging, burst grouping, and expanded metadata.
It’s all part of making Reeflex not just a better shooting tool, but a better day-to-day photography companion.

Slow Shutter Still Matters
Long exposure remains a core part of the Reeflex identity, and 3.0 continues to build on that.
Reeflex Pro Camera includes advanced Slow Shutter modes designed to bring long-exposure photography to mobile with precision and ease. Choose Motion Blur to create smooth, flowing effects in water, clouds, or crowds, or use Light Trails to transform moving lights into dynamic streaks across the frame. These modes are paired with DSLR-like manual controls including ISO, shutter speed, exposure compensation, focus, and white balance. The press release specifically highlights Motion Blur, Light Trails, and full manual DSLR-like controls as part of the app’s core experience.

Built for Creators Who Want More
Reeflex Pro Camera 3.0 continues our mission of building a serious alternative to the native iPhone camera app — one that gives creators more control, more speed, and more room to grow.
This release is not just about adding features. It’s about removing friction between vision and capture.
